Location, amenities
The staff thought the room we were in had the required number of beds for our stay. It did not. They were unable to move us to a room that could accommodate us as there were none showing on their system. My son slept on the couch with extra bedding we found in a closet for the duration. We were not contacted by staff regarding our problem and were not offered remuneration at check out.

The staff were very pleasant and not intrusive. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to important areas in St. John's. It was a nice surprise to find the Wedgwood Cafe located just 1 km away.

The suites were very nice looking and were also had a comforting feeling to them.
There was mold in the bathroom and the desk worker was NOT very friendly. She denied me access to a washroom during our check in process after my 10 hour drive.

It was an excellent stay for 14 nights. Every staff member was amiable and super-friendly. - the location was great and peaceful, close to a supermarket. - the bed was very comfy. - A cool bonus was Wedgwood Cafe located nearby, offering tea and coffee. - We thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

Location - aside from Sobey's, nothing near by. No balconies or nice sitting areas outside.

The breakfast had a great variety of goodies. The staff were accommodating and truly friendly. The modern room had the most comfortable beds ever and 2 bedrooms, plus a TV.

Noisy people staying there, hin walls. It's obviously an partnent complex with some suites serving the hotel function.

Marvellous location in a nice area adjacent to supermarkets, and convenience stores, attractions in St John's and area and grocery stores and fast food locations. Relaxing and decent sized units with the most comfortable beds ever, 3 HD TVs and the cupboard.

I liked the kitchen, living room, bedroom in separate rooms. The staff was really nice.
We stayed when it was really warm out and the hotel didn't have air conditioning. It made our stay a bit stressed. It would be alright during the cooler season, not for summer!
